How do I start a video chat on 1on1Chat?
Press Start now, confirm you are 18 or older, and allow your camera and microphone when your browser asks. You are then matched with a girl for a one-on-one call.
Do I need to create an account or give my email?
No email is needed to start. A guest session is created automatically when you press Start now. You only need a full account with an email when you top up coins.
Is 1on1Chat only for adults?
Yes. 1on1Chat is 18+ only, with an age gate on entry. Anyone who appears to be underage should be reported straight away.
How does random matching work?
Start now pairs you with one girl at random. If the conversation is not clicking, press Next to be matched with someone else. More in how random video chat works.
Can I choose which girl I talk to?
Yes. Browse profiles — each shows a name, country and photos — and call the girl you like directly. There is also a short video feed of girls to browse.
Can I talk to the same girl again?
Yes, if you follow her. Following lets you message her and call her again later. Random matching on its own does not give either of you a way to find the other again.
Is 1on1Chat free?
You start with free matches, and the match screen shows how many you have left. After that, calls use coins bought in the app. Details on free video chat with girls.
What are coins and VIP?
Coins are what calls use once your free matches are gone; you top them up in the app, which is when you add an email. VIP membership is optional — you can use 1on1Chat without it.
What can the girl I talk to see about me?
She sees your camera when it is on, your display name and what you say or type — not your email, phone number or account details.
Can I chat without showing my face?
Yes. Start a voice chat with girls or chat by text, and turn your camera on only if and when you want to.
How do I report or block someone?
Use report and block from the call or chat screen. Blocking stops that person from contacting you. The community guidelines explain what is not allowed.
How can I stay safe on video chat?
Use a display name that is not your full real name, keep documents and street views out of frame, and do not share phone numbers or social accounts on a first call. End any call that makes you uncomfortable.
Does 1on1Chat work on my phone?
Yes. It runs in any modern browser on iPhone, Android or desktop, and you can install it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
What do I need for good video and sound?
A stable connection, a light in front of you rather than behind, and earphones with a mic. If your signal is weak, switch to voice.
